About Us

UR Distree Pvt. Ltd. is a CCTV camera and surveillance equipment manufacturer. We are looking for an accurate and organized Data Entry Operator to support our office and production administration at our Badarpur, Delhi facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update production, inventory and dispatch data accurately into Excel and company software systems.
• Maintain records of raw material inward, finished goods outward and stock registers.
• Prepare basic reports such as daily production, attendance and stock summary as required.
• Verify data for errors and correct discrepancies before finalizing entries.
• File and organize physical and digital documents systematically.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Accounts teams for data collection and verification.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data, records and documents.
• Keep data and records updated on a regular basis.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production and inventory documentation.
• Perform additional data entry and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic computer course or relevant computer knowledge preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or back-office administration preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Position Details

• Location: Badarpur, Delhi
• Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience
• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience: 1–3 years
