Buy AMC — Warranty Extension

Every CyberX product already ships with a 2-year warranty. An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) extends that cover and adds priority service for the gear you depend on daily.

AMC Plans

AMC Essential — ₹2,999.00/year per device. Extends warranty cover by 12 months beyond the standard 2 years, with free diagnostics and priority queue at every service center.

AMC Plus — ₹5,999.00/year per device. Everything in Essential, plus accidental-damage cover (one claim per year), free pickup and delivery for repairs, and a loaner unit for repairs longer than 48 hours.

AMC Business — custom pricing. Fleet cover for offices: on-site visits, asset tracking, and quarterly preventive check-ups across all your CyberX equipment.

How to buy

Email amc@cyberx.com with your order number and the plan you want, or ask at any service center. Cover starts the day payment is confirmed and is registered against your order — no paperwork to keep.

Good to know

AMC can be purchased any time while the standard warranty is active. Plans renew yearly, cancel any time, and transfer automatically if you gift or sell the device.
