About Us

UR Distree Pvt. Ltd. is a CCTV camera and surveillance equipment manufacturer. We are looking for a reliable Laser Machine Operator to join our sheet metal fabrication team at our Badarpur, Delhi facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut sheet metal components as per job drawings and nesting files.
• Load sheet metal such as CRCA, GI and SS onto the machine bed and set the correct cutting parameters.
• Monitor the cutting process and ensure accurate and consistent cutting quality.
• Identify and report cutting issues such as burrs, dross and dimensional errors.
• Perform basic machine calibration, lens/nozzle cleaning and routine maintenance checks.
• Sort, label and stack cut components according to job requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and report production status to the shift supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating CNC laser cutting machinery.
• Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.

Requirements

• ITI or equivalent trade training preferred; on-the-job trained candidates may also be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
• Basic understanding of sheet metal components and engineering job drawings.
• Familiarity with nesting software and CAD files is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of laser cutting parameters and machine operation.
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive machine-based work.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain cutting accuracy.
• Punctual, safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Position Details

• Location: Badarpur, Delhi
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience
• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience: 1–3 years
