About Us

UR Distree Pvt. Ltd. is a CCTV camera and surveillance equipment manufacturer. We are looking for a skilled Tool Room Die Maker to support our sheet metal fabrication operations at our Badarpur, Delhi facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate and maintain press tools, dies, jigs and fixtures used in sheet metal component production.
• Repair and refurbish existing dies and molds to minimize production downtime.
• Work from engineering drawings to machine precision components on lathe, milling, grinding and EDM/wire-cut machines.
• Conduct trial runs of new dies and fine-tune tooling for accuracy and output quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot die-related defects such as burrs, misalignment and wear during production.
• Maintain tool room inventory, tool maintenance schedules and spare parts records.
• Coordinate with Production and Design teams on new tooling requirements.
• Ensure proper safety standards and maintain good housekeeping in the tool room.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade certification.
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience as a Die Maker or Tool Room Technician.
• Proficiency in operating lathe, milling, surface grinder and EDM/wire-cut machines.
• Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with progressive and compound dies for sheet metal parts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a precision-focused mindset.
• Good understanding of tool maintenance, die fitting and troubleshooting.

Position Details

• Location: Badarpur, Delhi
• Salary: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month, based on skill and experience
• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience: 3–7 years
